Pacing tech stack, documented

This is the internal documentation hub for Pacing Agency's complete tech stack. It documents all tools, costs, architecture, tracking setup, automations, and operational guides. The site is automatically synced from Markdown files in our repository and deployed to Cloudflare Pages with authentication for team access only.

Use the Tools section in the sidebar to browse all tools organised by category (Website, Self-Hosting, Operational, Social Media, Marketing, Design, Ad Spend, Office). Each tool page includes costs, renewal dates, account access, integration points, and automation workflows. You can also use the search bar at the top to find specific tools.

We run 7 self-hosted services on Hetzner Cloud: TwentyCRM (open source CRM), n8n (automation platform), Notifuse (email sending), Stalwart (SMTP server), Remark42 (commenting system), HeadshotAI (AI headshot generator), and ResourceSpace (digital asset management). All tool costs are tracked with monthly and annual totals, synced from TwentyCRM exports. Each tool page shows costs, renewal dates, and payment methods. Category pages show total costs per category. Currently tracking £582.56/month (£6,990.72/year) across all tools and services.

n8n automation workflows are documented in the n8n tool page with workflow IDs, purposes, and related tools. Active workflows include Webflow cache clearing, Twilio call processing with AI transcription, Google Ads offline conversions, and CircleLoop webhooks. Workflow backup JSON files are in scripts/resources/n8n/.

Tool documentation lives in the tools/ directory as Markdown files. Edit existing files or create new ones (tools/newtool.md) - they automatically sync to the Docusaurus site on build. Never edit files in docusaurus/docs/tools/ as they're auto-generated. For custom pages, create files in docusaurus/docs/. See the README.md for detailed editing guidelines.

We've built several reusable features: ToolMetadata component (cost/renewal cards), CategorySummary component, ToolsOverview component, FAQ Structured Data with collapsible sections, Copy/Download buttons on all pages, Mermaid diagram support for visualizations, and auto-sync scripts.
