How It Differs

• Context: Searches pacing-docs for GTM template, event spec, identity model, and consent flow instead of reading local files.
• Core references: Search hints only (no client IDs). Container IDs and GA4 ID obtained from user or project at runtime.
• First step: Mandatory search of pacing-docs before auditing.
